Delete your Jinns Night account
You can delete your Jinns Night account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Jinns Night and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.
By email
If you can't open the app, email support@jinnsnight.com with the subject “Delete my Jinns Night account” and your username. We will delete the account and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile: username, avatar, country, and the email, name and photo from Google or Apple sign-in.
- Your statistics and league progress.
- Your friends, game chats and direct messages.
- Your coin balance and purchase records.
What is kept
- Reports of abuse are kept after an account is deleted, so we can act on them and keep the game safe. They identify the reported account by the name captured at the time, not by a live profile.
- Purchases are not refunded when an account is deleted. Apple and Google keep their own payment records under their own policies.
